CraveOnline.com, a lifestyle destination for men featuring video, movies, TV, music, sports, and more with nearly 8.3 million unique visitors per month, announced that it has acquired WrestleZone.com, a source for professional wrestling news and information. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lionsgate’s acquires part of Break.com

A 10-Q filing reveals that earlier this summer, Lionsgate, the major independent film and TV studio paid approximately $21.4 million for 42% of Break.com – an online video site. Lionsgate has an option to purchase the remaining 58% for $58 million in cash or common stock, at the company’s option.

AOL acquires startup Yedda.com

AOL has acquired Israeli start-up Yedda, a social search questions-and-answers service with proprietary semantic matching technology which was launched in 2006 . No financial terms were disclosed.
