The Managing or "operating" part is simply to act as a middle-man and also put together the "SOW" (Scope of Work) documents for new potential clients.



The business is already advertised and brings in roughly 1,000 to 1,100 visitors per month with an annual outlay cost of advertisement of $4,500 annually.
